How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Tuti (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Hand-sized picture without the accessories that you are riding in. The quality is excellent on the price and has three speeds. You press to MIDDY three seconds and it is on and pressure to change the speed and in a simple LED for lighting

Blows surprisingly well, not quite with the sudden violence of a can of air but it has higher continuous volume so more dust is moved in the end. I had just cleaned the PC with a can of air a few days before as I didn't expect this to arrive early and still I was able to blow out even more dust from deeper areas as one uses only short bursts with can of air to not waste it. My vacuum had a harder time keeping down the cloud of dust so it was moving more dust than the can of air. The exposed part of the fan I can see from the back seems to be metal, better to survive high rpm. Its decently hefty, almost a pound, and charged for 6 hours after I first got it. The led light is very small and hard to see which could be improved, and the trigger setting requires holding down for a few seconds to begin, Perhaps people destroy their batteries leaving it on standby, we shall see, but so far so good. The usb C port is compatible with a magnetic charge adapter.

Works as advertised; nice to not have to buy any more cans of air. Minor complaint: Uses a USB-C port to charge but only accepts 2A, which sounds like a recipe for an overcharging scenario. They do clearly label the port as needing to use a USB-A to USB-C cable, though. Easily solvable by using a microUSB port instead, but hey, for the price you pay, you can’t complain.
The tool's quality is pretty great for the price. The pressure is just right for cleaning PC, keyboards and various items without the risk of damage. The machine is loud and can get quickly.

Arrived in a crumpled box. Not understanding the inclusion, I thought that the blower had not arrived working and wanted to open a dispute. But it turns out that you need to hold the button for about 3 seconds and everything worked) until I tried to clean the computer, but it blows hard enough. Satisfied with the product. A good "hair dryer" for cleaning equipment, including a computer. Several nozzles, and a fairly strong air boost. Works on the principle of hair dryer, only more powerful. Type C charging. I recommend it.
The product is good but you have to wait for it to cool down and it does not have a head to charge but you can use a cell phone
Everything in the picture came intact. It works well and the duster has some decent weight to it. Button and handle tho feel a bit flimsy some creaking but all around good product for the price. Cleans my pc and better than buying can of compressed air every time.

Very good, quite powerful and with good accessories, the only bad thing is the packaging that comes a little wrinkled, but nothing that affects its operation
